This Privacy Policy explains how Braidinghair Shop by Aobaob Braidstylist ("we") collects and uses your personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").
1. Who we are (Data Controller)

2. What data we collect
When you send an appointment request we collect: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, preferred date and time, selected braiding style, optional hair length, optional notes, your chosen website language and the page from which you sent the request.
3. Why we collect it (purpose & legal basis)
We use this data solely to handle your appointment request and to contact you about it (e.g. via WhatsApp or phone). The legal basis is your explicit consent, given via the checkbox in the booking form, and the steps necessary prior to entering into a service agreement.
4. How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept only as long as needed to manage your appointment and our booking history, after which they can be deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your communication is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
6. Your rights under the PDPA
You have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via phone/WhatsApp +66 87 826 8527. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.
7. Cookies & local storage
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We only store your language preference locally in your browser to remember your choice.
8. External services
The location map is embedded from Google Maps, and links to Google Reviews, WhatsApp and Instagram lead to those providers, whose own privacy policies apply once you use them.
